An ultraviolet light absorbing fabric finishing agent composition is provided to have excellent sun protection factor by absorbing an ultraviolet-absorbing agent uniformly on the fiber product which is the processing object without smudge. An ultraviolet light absorbing fabric finishing agent composition comprises: (A) a cation compound selected from a group consisting of amide group, cation surfactant and water-soluble polymeric compound; (B) ultraviolet-absorbing agent; (C) antioxidant; and (D) glycol ether compound. The ultraviolet-absorbing agent is one derivative of stilbene, benzophenone or benzotriazole.
