TUMOR DIAGNOSIS AGENT FOR PET COMPRISING ANTI-ROBO1 ANTIBODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new antibody specifically recognizing ROBO1 expressed in a cell membrane, a hybridoma producing the antibody, a production method of the antibody, and a tumor diagnosis agent for PET (positron emission tomography) comprising the antibody.

SOLUTION: The monoclonal antibody specifically recognizing ROBO1 on the cell surface is obtained by immunizing an immune animal using as an antigen an ROBO1-presenting germinated baculovirus recovered from culture supernatant of a host cell infected with a recombinant baculovirus containing the full-length cDNA of the ROBO1.
