PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof case capable of performing a pushing operation to an arbitrary operative position from a case exterior in the waterproof case accommodating electronic equipment equipped with a panel switch. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a waterproof case 1 provided with a case main body accommodating a navigation device 8 having a touch panel 10 as the panel switch, equipped with: a transparent board 12 which is attached through a packing 13 to an opening 2a of the case main body formed at a side facing to the touch panel 10 of the navigation device 8 and seals the opening 2a; an operating knob 16 which is arranged in contact with an outside surface of the transparent board 12; and an operating portion which is arranged between the touch panel 10 and the transparent board 12 and is provided with a pushing transmitter 15 transmitting a pushing force against the operating knob 16 to the touch panel 10, wherein the operating knob 16 and the pushing transmitter 15 are constituted to be mutually attracted through the transparent board 12 by magnetic force and be able to be moved along the transparent board 12 in one body.
