PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical power tool having a structure capable of cooling down a brushless motor, preventing dust from intruding and being easily assembled. SOLUTION: On a cover 60 comprising a cover face 60A and a peripheral edge part 60B having a recessed part 60b, a notch 60a is formed so as to have a slightly wider width than a diameter of a shaft part 51 of a fan 50. After fixing a rotor 33 and the fan 50 to a rotary shaft 35, an outer end 60d of the notch 60a is positioned at the rotary shaft 35. The cover 60 is moved along the notch 60a relatively to the rotary shaft 35 so that the rotary shaft 35 closes to an inner end 60c of the notch 60a, and is arranged between the rotor 33 and the fan 50 and is integrally inserted into a stator with the rotary shaft 35. Then a positioning projection of an insulating member held by the stator are engaged with the recessed part 60b. In this way, the cover 60 is fixed between the end face and the fan 50 so as to cover the end face of the stator via the insulating member. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
