<p>A galvanic scanner system (1) samples a position detecting signal outputted from a position sensor (14) of a galvanic scanner, updates the current position address of a galvanic scanner (2) according to the result of the sampling, converts, when data on a movement amount command is inputted, the movement amount command data into the amount of an address change of the galvanic scanner (2), adds the address change amount to the current position address to obtain a movement destination address, and converts the movement destination address into an analog position command to supply it to a drive circuit (33) in a position control microcomputer (31) mounted on a scanner driver (3) of the galvanic scanner (2).The drive circuit (33) generates the position command voltage corresponding to the analog position command to move the galvanic scanner (2) by the movement amount. With this, a control for moving the galvanic scanner (2) to an arbitrary position can be easily performed.</p> |
