A floor panel and process of making a floor utilizing the same is provided to achieve assembly process easily and cut spending without needing any insert molding process. A floor panel(100), installed on the base floor of a building, mounting a heating pipe comprises a warm keeping and soundproofing material(110) on which a pipe support holing it in place is formed on at regular interval the top surface; and an absorbing and soundproofing material(130) preventing impact noise from a base floor from being generated. |
