<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method that allows remote application management on remote and mobile computer devices in a wireless network. <P>SOLUTION: A system, method, and program manage applications on remote communication devices 1-6, such as cellular telephones, on a wireless communication network 100.
