PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flapper structure for a cooling fan shroud capable of reducing initial rotation resistance of a flapper and facilitating open and close of the flapper by travelling wind. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the flapper structure for the cooling fan shroud having a cooling fan mounted on a shroud wall 4 and equipped with a flapper 8 capable of opening and closing an opening part 9 formed at a position shifted from the cooling fan. The flapper 8 has a wave form shape of a roughly S shape receiving travelling wind to promote flapper opening by travelling wind when the same is opened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
