PURPOSE: A vibration cutting machine using a piezo-electric actuator is provided to improve cutting speed by varying the distance between an elastic hinge unit and a tool. CONSTITUTION: In a vibration cutting machine including a tool rest(20), a tool(30) and a piezo-electric actuator(40) are mounted to the tool rest. The tool rest includes a bracket unit(21) installed at a machine body(10), a tool mounting unit(22) fixed to the bracket unit, and an arm lever(23). The tool mounting unit includes a free end, and an elastic hinge unit(24) for elastically rotating the free end. The arm lever is vertically formed at the free end, and is coupled to the piezo-electric actuator.
