PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent remaining of R in a cut corner when a polygonal hole is cut and prevent chattering in a cutting tool to improve surface roughness of a cut face. SOLUTION: Rotational movement of an input shaft 3 receiving transmission of rotation from a machine side is converted to corner axial movement by an X axis cam 21 and a Y axis cam 37. Along with the conversion, following sliding of first and second sliders H is performed and a square hole shape and inner corner are cut by the cutting tool 47 so as not to remain R on the square hole and inner corner. Vibration of the main body is suppressed by first and second balance weights J slid to the direction opposite to the first and second sliders H, so as to prevent generation of chattering.
