PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller skate which can reduce the risk of a user falling down by losing his balance. SOLUTION: The roller skate 100 comprises projecting center tires 60, front tires 55 whose rotation direction is regulated on both sides of the center tires 60, and rear tires 51. The rotation direction of the front tiers 55 is regulated oppositely to the rear tires 51. When the roller skate 100 is advancing in a direction, while the front tires roll, the rotation of the rear tires is regulated. Consequently, the direction of travel of the roller skate 100 can be limited by making the front tires 55 and the rear tires 51 touch the ground alternately by using the center tires 60 as supporting points. Consequently, a decrease in the frequency of the roller skate 100 moving in unintended directions and a decrease in the frequency of the user losing his balance help reduce the risk of falling down.
