A photoconductor, a multi layer flexible belt imaging member or an apparatus thereof are provided to prevent the increase of Vr period caused by the photoconductor aging to a plurality of imaging cycles by holding the minimum CDS and/or low back ground. A coating compositions comprises a mixture of alkyl alcohol, glycol monoether, charge transport component, cross-linking component and at least one hydroxyl-containing polymer, wherein the cross-linking component is a melamine-formaldehyde resin and the charge transport component is the compound of the chemical formula A. The carbon number of the alkyl in the alkyl alcohol is 1 - 12.
