<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to purchase a commodity on line in a similar way as when a user purchases a commodity after trying it on. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a comfort evaluation means 16 for comparing customer body type information with size information of a target commodity selected from a commodity database 13 to evalute the comformity to the customer body type as a degree of comfort; and a comfort transmitting means 17 for transmitting, before receiving purchase determination information from a user temrinal 200, the degree of comfort of the target commodity obtained by the evaluation means 16 to the user terminal.
