<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition for controlling bone differentiation, and to provide a new composition for measuring bone differentiation state and a new composition for controlling bone differentiation, since a composition for measuring bone differentiation state is also in demand. <P>SOLUTION: From gene expression level change analysis using a DNA microarray, based on a gene excited by bone, cartilage or fat differentiation in MSC (marrow mesenchymal stem cells) cultivation system, a transcription factor, particularly concerning bone differentiation is selected. The transcription factors excited in expression within 24 h from bone differentiation start are elucidated comprehensively, and by suppressing expression of these transcription factors, gene-encoding transcription factors affecting the bone differentiation are identified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
