PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the communication with a driver by performing an action (behavior and voice) to meet the situation by a personalized agent. SOLUTION: A communication program when an agent proposes a processible action such as "Shall I turn on a radio?" is regulated as a program for control and executed. When the program is one for control (Y in Step 18), the control according to the response of a driver acquired in Step 17 is performed (Step 19). For example, when the response for accepting the proposal such as "Turn on", "OK" and "Yes" is recognized for the proposed communication of putting on the radio, an agent processing unit 11 allows the agent to make an answer (behavior and voice) as the control to meet the response, and turns on the radio.
