A method, a system and a device for realizing hangup notification service are provided, the method includes the following steps: during the communication process between the calling party and the called party, the switch device obtains the hangup notification service information subscribed by the non-hangup user and/or hangup user when one user party hangs up the phone (11), the notification service platform is connected according to the hangup notification service information (12), the notification service platform plays the notification information subscribed by the user for the non-hangup user (13). A system and a device for realizing thenotification service are provided in the present invention accordingly. When the present invention is performed, user can establish individuation profile by subscribing individuation notification information, the user is convenient to set dynamic information to inform the opposite user.
