PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease clogging in a spouting hole by integrating a second electrode with a spouting hole part and shorten a period of time for forming a metal oxide film, in an anodizing apparatus. SOLUTION: The anodizing apparatus includes: a first electrode part which passes an electric current to a metallic article to be treated; the second electrode part 2 which has the spouting hole part 25 having the spouting hole 234 that faces to the article to be treated; a means for supplying an electrolytic solution from the spouting hole part 25 to the article to be treated; and an energizing means for applying voltage to the first electrode part and the second electrode part. The main body 23 of the second electrode part is formed of a metal member, and the spouting hole part 25 is formed from a synthetic resin and is buried in the metal member.
