The device has a longitudinal body, whose one end is formed as a grip element (1) and the other end as head piece (2) for compact but detachable admission of a blade (3). The blade has a pointed cutting edge (4) towards the grip element. The blade is formed as U-shaped and laterally arranged at the head piece. The longitudinal body at head piece has a gripping surface (5) for a hand of a user for optional application of force towards the grip element. An independent claim is also included for a blade.
