<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a three-dimensionally shaped object with high precision where, when a three-dimensionally shaped molding is produced by an optical molding method, a layer of a powder material is thinly and uniformly formed while using a powder material having small particle diameters. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a stage A where pressure is applied to powder material fed to the surface of a table 20 irradiated with a light beam L, thus powders are brought into press contact with each other to be solidified, so as to be flattened on the whole face of the table 20; and a stage B where the surface part 13 with a prescribed thicknessΔt of the powder material flattened on the whole face of the table 20 is cut away. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
