PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial device capable of easily assembling a click plunger and a coil spring on a dial knob. SOLUTION: The rear end of the click plunger 4 receiving the coil spring 45 is inserted into the spring bearing position of a plunger mounting groove 24, the tip of the click plunger 4 is rotated toward the plunger mounting groove 24, while being slid therefrom on the periphery of the dial knob 3, to fit the tip of the click plunger 4 into a click bumpy line 35 with a single motion, and the click plunger 4 and the coil spring 45 can be installed very easily in a housing 2.
