An RFID tag for a vehicle identification number is provided to enable a user to confirm the vehicle identification number visually and re-confirm it through RFID tag recognition by integrating the RFID tag with the number plate of a vehicle. A vehicle number plate(20) is integrated with an RFID tag(100), and the information about a car body number is mapped in the RFID chip(24) of the RFID tag. The tag antenna of the RFID tag has the first and second arm patterned portions(22a, 22b) which are unfolded right and left and are connected with the RFID chip. Antenna impedance is matched with the conjugate complex number of the chip impedance of the RFID chip by adjusting antenna parameters including the length and pattern width of the first and second arm patterned portions. |
