PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact pulley device with a built-in one-way clutch, in which processing cost of a sleeve can be reduced, and reliability in assembling of the sleeve with a rotating shaft of a vehicle auxiliary device can be improved. SOLUTION: In this pulley device 10 with a built-in one-way clutch, the inner circumferential surface of a sleeve 11 can be fitted with a rotating shaft 30, and the sleeve 11 can be fixed to the rotating shaft 30 by a nut 31. The inner circumferential surface of the sleeve 11 includes a cylindrical hole part 11a into which the rotating shaft 30 can be fitted, and a coupling member fitting hole 11b capable of internally fitting the nut 31. When the rotating shaft 30 is fixed to the sleeve 11 by the nut 31, the nut 31 is positioned inward of an anti-automobile accessory side end face of the sleeve 11 in an axial direction.
