PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anus washing device capable of washing an anus and effectively treating a disease; and a toilet bowl having the anus washing device. SOLUTION: This toilet bowl 1 comprises a toilet bowl body 10, a nanometer-bubble generator 20, and a toilet bowl washing water storage tank 30. The nanometer-bubble generator 20 generates a liquid containing nanometer-bubbles by a gas-liquid mixing and circulating pump 21, a micro-bubble generating part 22, and first gas shearing part 24.
