摘要 A method for manufacturing a catalytic material from a desulfurization waste catalyst in oil refineries is provided to enhance a using rate of waste, to remove environmental pollutant and to remove effectively vanadium. A method for manufacturing a catalytic material from a desulfurization waste catalyst in oil refineries comprises steps of: obtaining a dry reactant by mixing the desulfurization waste catalyst with a concentrated sulfuric acid(97%) at 1 : 3 weight% and heating-stirring the desulfurization waste catalyst and the concentrated sulfuric acid(97%) at 250~270‹C; separating a vanadium component from the remainder ingredient by adding and agitating a predetermined amount of Mono-octylamine(CH3(CH2)7NH2) into a filtrate diluting a sulphate mixture with water of 6~10 times and being filtered for 2~3 hours at 50~90‹C; manufacturing the carbonate mixture of a powdered state by performing a dehydration process and a desalination process if sulfate components formed within the filtrate are diversified to the carbonate mixture by injecting the filtrate in which the vanadium is separated in the dark soda ash solution in order to maintain pH7~8 and being heated at 50~90‹C and stirred and ripened for 2~3 hours; and being converted and developed as products in which a molybdenum oxide, an oxide aluminum, a nickel oxide, a cobalt oxide is mixed at a constant rate by removing a carbon dioxide of the carbonate mixture of the powdered state.
