WATERPROOF AGENT FOR ELASTIC MEMBRANE AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

A waterproof agent for an elastic membrane is provided to improve waterproof function and to perform construction even in winter due to the resistivity against the corrosion and crack of building and civil structure. A waterproof agent for an elastic membrane is comprised of a urethane acrylate hybrid aqueous dispersion and alumina cement complex. The urethane acrylate hybrid aqueous dispersion contains a water-soluble polyurethane and (meth)acryl resin. The (meth)acryl resin is a polymerization reaction product of an acrylic acid 5-10 parts by weight, methylmethacrylate 20-30 parts by weight, and ethylacetate 10-20 parts by weight. The alumina cement complex is made of alumina cement 50-80 parts by weight, calcium carbonate 30-50 parts by weight, silica 10-30 parts by weight, ethylene vinyl acetate 10-20 parts by weight and (meth)acrylic copolymer 10-80 parts by weight.
