CROSS MANUFACTURING METHOD UTILIZING DIE CASTING MOLD AND CROSS THEREBY

A cross molding the aluminum alloy by taking advantage of the die casting mold casting and can obtain the cross shape without the joint and it performs the plating and maintain the sparkle which does not change for long is provided. A cross manufacturing method taking advantage of the die casting mold casting comprises a step(S1) making the die casting mold in which the cavity of the cross shape is formed; a step(S2) fusing the aluminum alloy injected in the cavity of the die casting mold; a step(S3) for injecting the melting aluminum alloy in the cavity of the die casting mold inside; a step(S4) for cooling the aluminum alloy shaped in the cavity of the die casting mold to the cross shape; a pick-up step(S5) for taking the aluminum alloy cross cooled and solidified after the cooling step out of the die casting mold; a processing step(S7) for trimming the aluminum alloy cross taken out off in the die casting mold; and a surface treatment step(S8) processing the surface of the aluminum alloy cross.
