A print manufacturing rubber board is provided to obtain a flat board having good cutting friction and cutting sensitivity in the process of carving the flat board, and to obtain an advantage that it is possible to carve the carving finely and elaborately since the end of a carving is not easily damaged. A print manufacturing rubber board is manufactured by mixing 65 to 75 kg of EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 400 to 450 kg of calcium carbonate, and 15 to 16 kg of rubber processing oil with 120 kg of recycled rubber, injecting the mixture into a blender(1) and operating screw blending shafts(2,2a) for 30 to 35 minutes to blend the mixture, thereby rubbing raw materials with one another in a blending chamber and melting the raw materials by friction heat such that the raw materials are bonded to one another, drawing out the blended material and injecting the material into first stage flat board forming rollers to form a first flat board with a thickness of 3 to 3.3 mm, injecting the first flat board into second stage flat board forming rollers to form a second flat board with a thickness of 2 to 3 mm, transferring the second flat board to a conveyor belt, and having the surface of the second flat board brought into contact with an embossing roller to form a finely embossed surface with a depth of 0.2 to 0.3 mm. |
