The multifunctional window, door or facade element has a leaf element (2), which comprises partially light-impermeable or covered transparent material with light conductors (2a-2c). A ventilating channel which can be changed in cross section by a closing mechanism (6,7) is provided between a frame element (1) and the leaf element. A light source (5a) and a filter element are provided in the leaf element or in the frame element.
