<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost, rapid, convenient and efficient freight delivery method which is managed and utilized easily and can adapt to a user's request as occasion may demand. SOLUTION: A user 2 makes registration in advance (1) and receives issuance of an ID card (2). A user 2a who is to send freight goes to a delivery relay device 13 to input the freight 3 in a box (3). The input freight 3 is conveyed to a collecting site by a delivery worker 1a (4), and the destination of delivery or the like is entered in a managing device 11 of the delivery operator. A delivery operator 1 sends an e-mail of notice that there is goods to be delivered to a user's terminal 21 of a recipient 2b (5), and the recipient 2b replies to it with a desired receipt form (6). The delivery operator 1 conveys the freight 3 to the delivery relay device 13 according to the contents (7), while the recipient 2b goes to the delivery relay device 13 and receives the freight 3 after authentication using an ID card 22 (8).</p> |
