摘要
本发明系提供一种以简易方法,可以高纯度进行火焰加工,亦可制造大型尺寸之合成不透明石英玻璃之制造方法及合成不透明石英玻璃。本发明系包含使石英玻璃多孔质体在0.15MPa以上1000MPa以下之压力下,在1200℃以上2000℃以下的温度下,加热烧成之步骤的合成不透明石英玻璃之制造方法。该石英玻璃多孔质体系使矽化合物以氢氧焰进行水解后,使生成之石英玻璃微粒子堆积而制作者。
