A mount assembly for a shock absorber is provided to prevent the permanent deformation of a cushion rubber by a contact structure without noise between a car body and a cup type washer, and to suppress a crack in the cushion rubber by including the structure which varies the compressive strain direction of the cushion rubber and dispersing a stress concentrated in the specific site of the cushion rubber. The mount assembly for the shock absorber which is fixed and installed at the upper part of a piston rod(20) includes a cup washer(40) which has the predetermined height of the upper end of a side wall and is towards the car body; the cushion rubber(50) which is compressed to allow the upper end of the side wall and the car body to face; and a noise proof part(52) which suppresses the contact noise between the car body and the upper end of the side wall. |
