A system for extending a waist muscle is provided to adamantly maintain the form of supporting board regardless of the abrasion component or the weight of user and control curvature of the lumbar support according to the need of user. A system for extending a waist muscle(10) comprises the following features of: a base frame; a first support(30) forming the ladder shape; a glide(60) of the flat pattern; a gliding hole(61) settled at the upper part of glide; an axis of rotation(70) which is the shape of a round rod and in which as to the external side, the screw thread is formed; and a supporting board comprised of the fixed steel plate material with the convex arch shape toward the top. A pair of second vertical bars are formed and are protruded to the top. A plurality of second horizontal bars is formed to be isolated with certain distance to the top and bottom in the second vertical bar. A brake handle(100) is mounted in the second horizontal bar of the second support stand. A interruption member is equipped in the site adjacent to the deceleration sprocket.
