A product information providing cart capable of conveniently and efficiently purchasing the product is provided to prevent impulse shopping in a product shop due to a smart card having information about a product which a user wants to purchase. A transmitting unit extracts product information stored in a memory within a card and transmits the product information to a product information providing server(100). An outputting unit receives and outputs product location information and additional information from the product information providing server or a device. The additional information includes one or more of product discount information, coupon information, event information, sale price information, the other product information related to the product and product details information. A cart(145) transmits the product information to the product information providing server or the device. The additional information and product displaying location information transmitted from the cart is extracted from the predetermined storage unit(105). |
