The invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery, and can be used for surgical treatment of postinfarction interventricular septal defects. The method of plastic surgery on postinfarction interventricular septal defects with two patches consists in that it is sectioned the pericardium and the left ventricle of heart, then the first patch is applied on the defect region and fixed, and over the first it is applied the second patch on the region 1...3 mm exceeding the necrosis zone, at the same time the patch margin, oriented towards the operative incision of heart, is placed between the sectioned tissues of the left ventricle. Then the patch is fixed and the postoperative wound is sutured.
