The bag (10) has two quadrilateral panel portions (12, 13) connected along sides (14, 14'). The panels are fitted with sides (17, 18) opposite to the sides (14, 14') and sides (19-22) that connect the sides (17, 18) to the sides (14, 14'). The panel portions are mobile around the sides (14, 14') for covering an eiderdown resting on one of the portions. Connecting units i.e. zip fasteners, (15, 15') are provided on the sides (19-22) for maintaining the pane portions in a superposed position. Fixing units e.g. compression springs (16, 16') links the eiderdown at the interior of the bag.
