A PEG bead manufacturing method is provided to produce granulated PEG (polyethylene glycol) bead and to shorten the whole reaction time in comparison with granular sludge and general sludge. A PEG bead manufacturing method comprises a step(S100) for mixing 18-20 parts by weight of a poly ethylene glycol diacrylate(PEGDA), 0.5-1.0 parts by weight of poly stryene sulfonate(PSS) with 100 parts by weight of distilled water of pH 6.7~8; a step(S110) for adding 1-2 parts by weight of sorbitol as a cross-linking agent and mixing it; a step(S120) for injecting accelerator during the mixing process; a step for injecting 0.25~0.50 parts by weight of tetra methyl ethylene diamine(TMEDA) based on the distilled water; a step(S140) for injecting an acetic acid in a mixed solution added with tethramethyl ethylenediamine to control pH to be 7; a step(S150) for filling up a PVC tube of the inside diameter 2~10mm and aging it in an incubator maintaining the temperature of 25~30 deg.C for 5-15 minutes into a gel form; and a step(S160) for cutting the gel in a cylindrical pallet.
