PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure with a simple structure, capable of cooling a rotor core. SOLUTION: The cooling structure of a motor generator 11 as a rotary electric machine includes a rotor 26 including a rotor core 30 and rotating around a center shaft 101. The rotor 26 further includes an oil reservoir portion 41 disposed inside in a diameter direction centered at the center shaft 101 for the rotor core 30. The oil reservoir portion 41 has a concave shape toward the outside in the diameter direction centered at the center shaft 101 and a shape protruding from the rotor core 30 in the shaft direction of the center shaft 101.
