The transparent film (12, 14, 16, 65, 66) is preferably made of polycarbonate or PMMA, and the lumine scent motif (13) is preferably introduced into the film element (10) by mean s of laser processing, particularly laser engraving, by means of steel embos sing or gravure printing or a kiss-cut method or by means of perforation. |
