FIELD: process flow. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing cast iron dishware for cooking biscuits and frying food products includes casting of grey iron to mould to manufacture bowl-shaped casting, degating, deburring, roughing, grinding and sandblasting of the casting. Development of the ferrous oxide (Fe3O4) protective coating on the casting is performed by its heating and further submersion to oil. The process of ferrous oxide (Fe3O4) protective coating development includes heating to temperature 680-800°C. Owed to selection of optimal casting heating modes level of cast iron oxidation is reduced and geometry and form of cast iron dishware is stabilised. ^ EFFECT: improved corrosion resistance to organic acids, increased service life and quality of cast iron dishware. ^ 5 ex |
