<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person to perform an effective bending/stretching exercise even in a narrow space. <P>SOLUTION: This bending/stretching exercise device is provided with a seat part 2 having an upper face inclined downward toward the front relative to a floor surface F, a lifting/lowering part 3 for vertically lifting/lowering the seat part 2, a rocking part 4 for rocking the seat part 2 in the left/right direction operatively connected with the lifting/lowering operation of the seat part 2 by the lifting/lowering part 3, and a drive part 5 for actuating the rocking part 4 and the lifting/lowering part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
