PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent output voltage from becoming unstable due to temperature variation and to output a stable voltage in a switching type DC voltage conversion circuit. SOLUTION: This DC voltage conversion circuit has a switching device, an inductor, and a capacitor. This circuit converts an input voltage to a pulse voltage with the switching device, and is smoothened by the inductor and capacitor for output. This circuit has a control circuit which controls the switching device, and the control circuit controls drive frequency of the switching device corresponding to the assumed temperature of the capacitor.
