COSMETIC-IMPREGNATED SKIN-COVERING SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic-impregnated skin-covering sheet having good touch feeling without irritation at the contact with the skin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic-impregnated skin-covering sheet is obtained by subjecting a fiber web including latently crimpable fiber to water stream entanglement, and heating the resultant web to exhibit three-dimensional crimp and to afford a nonwoven fabric, and impregnating the nonwoven fabric with a liquid cosmetic. As a result, the good touch feeling is provided because a structure of hardly allowing the terminal parts of the fibers to protrude from the fiber surface by the highly exhibited three-dimensional crimps of which the bent parts preferably form closed curves, and which are present at the surface of the fiber.
