发明名称 FLEXIBLE POLYURETHANE FOAM FOR SHUT VALVE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flexible polyurethane foam for a shut valve capable of preventing air leakage when the shut valve is fully closed and preventing noise generation by excellent sliding performance, and a manufacturing method of the flexible polyurethane foam. SOLUTION: The flexible polyurethane foam 31 for the shut valve 24 is drawn out and assembled to a base material 25 constituting the shut valve 24 provided in a main body case 11 of an air blowout port for vehicle air conditioning. The foam 31 is formed by laminating resin films of 25-90μm of thickness on a sheet main body of flexible polyurethane foam so as to have 1-4 mm of thickness. Preferably, the resin films have 90-200°C of softening temperature. This foam 31 is obtained by bonding the resin films to the surface of the sheet main body of flexible polyurethane foam in a frame laminating method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
