PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for gene transfer, in order to construct an experimental system in which gene transfer into all the cells can be carried out, particularly in the field of basic research, to provide a transgenic non-human animal which can be used for the method of gene transfer, and to further provide a method for gene transfer, using a cell capable of transferring the gene in a combination of a modified type Ad (adenovirus) vector, capable of more effectively transferring the gene into various cells with the Ad vector, in relation to the conventionally developed Ad vector. SOLUTION: An anti-tag antibody-expressing cell or an anti-tag antibody-expressing transgenic non-human animal is provided. The method for the gene transfer is carried out, by making a tagged-type Ad vector react with a cell, capable of expressing the anti-tag antibody against the tag provided to the tagged type Ad vector.
