<p>Welding vertical well casing tubes Chamber is frmed at the end of one tube, through its wall. The tubes are placed vertical with their ends spaced. Weld metal is deposited around them in the space, starting at their inner walls and working around a outwards to fill the space, whila maintaining a controlled distance between the welding head and the deposited metal and a controlled, location of the head relative to the tubes, independent of their movement by environmental influences. The physical characteristics of the well metal are controlled by regulating only of the deposition parameters of the head.</p> |
