PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly obtain stable adhesiveness between a housing and a dielectric board, irrespective of thermal expansion or thermal contraction of the housing in a planar antenna. SOLUTION: The planar antenna is equipped with: the dielectric board 13 having a plurality of radiating elements; a ground plate 11 arranged on one surface of the dielectric board; a conductor plate 12 arranged on the other surface of the dielectric board; and a holding implement 19, which sandwiches and holds the ground plate and the conductor plate by elastic force.
