<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to straighten deformation such as a warp in the longitudinal direction and a bend in the width direction, of a wire rod by small equipment without increasing the proof stress of the wire rod. <P>SOLUTION: A device for straightening a wire rod comprises a wire rod drawing-out means for drawing out a wire rod wound like a coil, a plurality of straightening rolls provided along the drawing-out direction of the wire rod and provided alternately in the thickness direction of the wire rod, and recessed grooves 20 which are formed in the straightening rolls, and have the groove width substantially the same as the width of the wire rod, apply the bending to the thickness direction of the wire rod to be drawn out, and regulate the deformation in the width direction thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
