摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for five-axis processing machine capable of preventing the occurrence of unstable movement and cut into a work in a singular point. SOLUTION: Although the movement becomes unstable when an angleαbetween interpolated cutting surface perpendicular vector (It, Jt, Kt) and interpolated tool direction vector (Ttx, Tty, Ttz) becomes smaller, in this case, the interpolated tool diameter vector (TCx, TCy, TCz) is set to the tool diameter compensation vector calculated in the immediately previous interpolation cycle, and the movement is prevented from becoming unstable. Moreover, in a block instruction, where a distance between positions for a cutting point instruction is large and the movement of the position for a straight line axis control point is small, the excessive cutting occurs. In this case, the movement of the straight line axis control point for the block is stopped or converted into the straight line movement, the straight line axis control point is prevented from looping and the excessive cutting is prevented from occurring.
