<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support providing proper risk control self assessment information in accordance with the update of loss example information related to paperwork. <P>SOLUTION: An extraction processing part 6 extracts example information related to a loss exceeding a predetermined amount of money, from an external example database stored in an external example information storage part 43. A collation processing part 7 collates information extracted by the extraction processing part 6 with a risk control self assessment database stored in a risk control information storage part 41, and when management information for avoiding a loss related to the example information extracted by the extraction processing part 6 has not been described on the risk control self assessment database, it determines that new information must be added on the risk control self assessment database.
