<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing cartridge in which the length of each of handles can be increased within the space of the compact developing cartridge, and to provide an image forming apparatus using the developing cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The developing cartridge has a developing roller 22 that supplies toner to a photoreceptor drum and is attachable to or detachable from the main body of the apparatus, wherein the developing cartridge has the handles 17 each of which extends lengthwise in the direction of the rotation axis of the developing roller when it is stored, and is capable of turning around one lengthwise end of it serving as its turning center, in the direction in which the developing cartridge is attached to or detached from the main body of the apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
